Angela Avgerinos is hands-on. As Head of Network Performance, she collaborates closely with every office in the Laing+Simmons network to understand the specific performance needs of each Principal and their teams, then implements targeted programs and initiatives to extend and enhance that performance to deliver strong, sustainable long-term outcomes.

To ensure she adds the greatest value, Angela devises collaborative strategies to uncover specific ways to untap areas of potential while leveraging existing strengths, understanding that each team is different and that therefore, a bespoke approach is essential.

For this reason, she is an invaluable resource for our network partners and their people, which directly translates to the ongoing performance success of our group.

Angela’s real estate experience is extensive. For more than 20 years, she has carved out a career at the forefront of the industry, in a sales, business development, mentoring, coaching and network performance capacity.
