THOMAS MCGLYNN

Thomas McGlynn is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sydney property group BresicWhitney. Thomas is regarded as one of Australia’s most prominent and respected thought leaders, mentors, and real estate coaches. He has two decades of experience across sales, auctioneering and strategic leadership. He is also the current President of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW). 

Under Thomas’ leadership, BresicWhitney has experienced its most prosperous period to date since its inception in 2003. This includes driving sustainable growth into new markets and cementing the group’s position as Sydney’s leading property group. 

Thomas is an in-demand media commentator, panellist, and guest speaker, regularly quoted in The Australian Financial Review, the Sydney Morning Herald, Domain and more. His robust current and past auctioneering experience enables him to not only observe and communicate macro-Sydney and NSW trends, but the more micro shifts that emerge from the coalface. 

Prior to joining BresicWhitney, Thomas held high-profile leadership positions with national real estate groups. He has worked and trained alongside industry stalwarts, some of whom he attributes his most fundamental career learnings and lessons.
